DAMIAN PATTI
Associate Principal Trombone
Damian Patti currently holds the position of Associate Principal Trombone with the Singapore Symphony Orchestra and has been a member since 2009.
Damian graduated with a Bachelor of Music from the Victorian Collage of the Arts, a Post Graduate Diploma and a Masters of Music from the Melbourne Conservatory of Music. His principal teachers were Ken McClimont and Michael Bertoncello from the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra. Damian was awarded an Australian Post Graduate Award in 2008 to study Masters
at the University of Melbourne.
He has performed with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, Tasmania Symphony Orchestra, Western Australia Symphony Orchestra, Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra, National Taiwan
Symphony Orchestra, National Symphony Orchestra Taiwan, Macau Symphony Orchestra, The Australian National Academy of Music and Sydney Sinfonia.
Damian is the principal trombone teacher at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, Singapore and has given masterclasses there and though out the south east asian region.
